The Company provides for income taxes under ASC 740 which requires the use of an asset and liability approach in accounting for income taxes. Deferred tax assets and liabilities are recorded based on the differences between the financial statement and tax bases of assets and liabilities and the tax rates in effect currently. Due to the change in ownership provisions of the Tax Reform Act of 1986, net operating loss carryforwards for Federal income tax reporting purposes are subject to annual limitations. Should a change in ownership occur, net operating loss carryforwards may be limited as to use in future years.
As of March 31, 2017, the Company has $39,943 in gross deferred tax assets resulting from net operating loss carryforwards. A valuation allowance has been recorded to fully offset these deferred tax assets because the Company's management believer future realization of the related income tax benefits is uncertain. Accordingly, the net provision for income taxes is zero for the year ended March 31, 2017. As of March 31, 2017, the Company has federal net operating loss carry forwards of $117,478 available to offset future taxable income through 2031.
As of March 31, 2016, the Company has $44,641 in gross deferred tax assets resulting from net operating loss carryforwards. A valuation allowance has been recorded to fully offset these deferred tax assets because the Company's management believer future realization of the related income tax benefits is uncertain. Accordingly, the net provision for income taxes is zero for the year ended March 31, 2016.
