1. SEC XBRL Filing Reference Implementation

A sample high quality SEC XBRL filing. Includes a company extention taxonomy, the XBRL instance, HTML filing, business rules (XBRL Formulas) which verify all computations, etc.

This filing is intended to show how a [Table] has financial intetrity and how one [Table] has relations to one or more other [Table]s.

Take a look at the HTML version of the filing and then look at the company taxonomy. Look at the filing in the SEC previewer by downloading the ZIP file. Look at the filing in the Firefox XBRL viewer add on.

2. FASB 2011 US GAAP Taxonomy Viewer

A set of HTML and XML pages which allow you to view the US GAAP taxonomy (2011) or read it into an Excel spreadsheet or other software application.

This only includes select portions of the US GAAP Taxonomy for commercial and industrial companies.

This provides a reorganization of the US GAAP Taxonomy 2011, select portions of the commercial and industrial entry point. The purpose is to show various alternative modeling approaches.

This approach models every piece of the taxonomy within a uniquely identified [Table]. That allows for easier analysis and maintenance of the taxonomy.

Using and even more reorganized US GAAP Taxonomy, this also provides a set of exemplars which help to understand how to properly use the US GAAP Taxonomy.

8. Prototype of one upper level organization

This is a prototype of one upper level organization which is used to categorize all the disclosures. Each of the unique [Table]s (see 4 above) of the taxonomy is contained inside one of the upper level containers.
