Validation Errors

This is a summary of errors reported for SEC XBRL filings reported by XBRL Cloud. The reason XBRL Cloud reports errors is because there are inconsistencies in how the SEC and XBRL Cloud support the Edgar Filing Manual validation criteria. Calculation inconsistencies are NOT included in this list of errors; they are addressed in another area.
