The translation of RMB amounts as of and for the year ended December 31, 2017 into US$ is included solely for the convenience of readers and was made at the rate of RMB6.5063 to US$1.00, which was based on the noon buying rate on December 31, 2017 in The City of New York cable transfers of RMB as certified for customers purposes by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Such translations should not be construed as representation that RMB amounts could be converted, realized or settled into US$ at the rate stated above or at any other rate.
