Statement of compliance
The Group’s consolidated financial statements have been prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRSs”) issued by the International Accounting Standards Board (“IASB”), which collective term includes all applicable individual IFRSs, International Accounting Standards and related nterpretations issued by the IASB.
The significant accounting policies that have been used in the preparation of these consolidated financial statements are disclosed below. These policies have been consistently applied to all the years presented unless otherwise stated. The adoption of new or amended IFRSs and the impacts on the Company’s financial statements, if any, are disclosed in Note 3.
